I’m not going to lie, videography was truly my first love. I thought I was going to end up in California working on big movie sets after I graduated high school. As you can see, that definitely didn’t happen and I’m glad it didn’t. I fell in love the art of photography in college where was told that I did everything wrong. I felt defeated and thought that photography wasn’t for me, but that quickly changed when I started photographing events at the job I had at the time. I worked at a boarding kennel for 4+ years and photographed dogs every weekend. So, you can see why I started to enjoy it again. I mean, who doesn’t like photographing cute dogs in halloween costumes? Right?
It became a regular thing after that. I would bribe my friends with food to stand in front of my camera for school projects and it blossomed into what it is now.
